CHW vs NYY Probable Pitchers
Kopech has a tough task at hand here, but he’s been pitching well this season. The righty is 0-1 with a stellar 1.54 ERA, striking out 33 in 35 innings of work. The command has been off at times, walking 17 batters, which is about the only downside of his campaign so far. The free passes haven’t hurt him too much, though, except for his last outing against the Yanks.

Kopech still tossed six frames, but he surrendered three earned on only one hit while walking four. The two starts before that, however, the 26-year-old didn’t allow a single run.
Kopech vs Severino
Severino has been very solid for the Yanks in 2022. He owns a 3-0 record and 3.64 ERA while racking up 38 strikeouts in 34.4 innings of work. The right-hander really dominated the Orioles on May 16th, going six innings and allowing a mere one run and hit. His only blemish was a solo shot from Anthony Santander in the fourth inning.

The Dominican hasn’t faced the White Sox this year. But, he’s typically struggled against them, posting a 4.11 ERA in five starts.
Chicago White Sox Betting Outlook
Chicago is underwhelming right now, going just 19-20. They’re still second in the AL Central, but the White Sox aren’t living up expectations. Tony La Russa’s squad is hitting a dismal .232 as a team and has managed to score just 3.4 runs per game.

The Sox lineup is batting only .188 off Severino as they look to bounce back from a 7-5 loss on Saturday. Jose Abreu is 4 for 7 against Severino with two doubles. He went deep in the series opener as well.
New York Yankees Betting Outlook
New York is absolutely red-hot, leading the big leagues with a 29-10 record. They’re 8-2 in their last 10 games and have only lost two series in 2022. On both sides of the ball, Aaron Boone’s group is looking scary. The pitching staff is lights out with Nestor Cortes and Gerrit Cole dicing, while Aaron Judge is fully proving he deserves a massive payday this winter.
A GRAND SLAM FOR DJ LEMAHIEU 🔥

The Yanks’ lineup is batting a mere .188 against Kopech, but the offense had no problem getting to Dallas Keuchel on Saturday, scoring six runs off the left-hander. DJ LeMahieu did most of the damage with a grand slam in the bottom of the second.

White Sox vs Yankees Prediction
Kopech is impressive as of late, but it’s hard to bet against the Yankees when they’re playing like this. Plus, New York is dominating the White Sox in recent memory, winning six of the last seven. Follow the trends and take the Bronx Bombers on the moneyline.
Pick: Yankees moneyline (-180)
